RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love all your purchases from Hootnan’s Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 10 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. You will receive a digital GIFT CARD via email containing a unique code once your return has been processed. 

Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and/or items purchased from a SALE category are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. 

Items must be returned in a like-new condition in order to be accepted and considered for a return. Absolutely no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, cigarette smoke, or pet hair and store tag must still be attached.

Items are not eligible for exchange. 

SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

You may submit a return request by clicking to access your customer account

  • Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 
  • Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Please include the packing slip with your return. Kindly wrap your item neatly in paper of some kind to protect the item from potential damage. 

Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a poly mailer (shipping bag) or box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will not be accepted.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of the receipt of your order. Please follow the Submit a Return Request as listed above.

Disclaimer: Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If the address you provided is unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $8 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address. 
We are not responsible for the recovery or reimbursement of packages sent to the wrong address inputed by the customer.
