Hello Gorgeous!
My name is Haley and I am the owner of this [new] boutique. For those unfamiliar with my backstory, I have been a nurse for over 10 yrs and I’m looking to eventually hang up my scrubs and throw on my business/boutique attire to fully invest into this new endeavor. Becoming a business owner is uncharted waters for me, which I’ve quickly come to realize. But the truth is, I’ve always had a creative niche in me. I’d like to consider myself to be anyways. I have an eye for style and fashion and to be quiet frank shopping just gives me utter joy.
After the loss of my Father I felt more lead to pursue this dream and turn it into a reality. With his spiritual push and the encouragement from my husband and family, Hootnan’s Boutique was born. While growing up my Dad always referred to me as Hootnanny or Hootnan for short. I pondered on a name for months. While I claim to be creative, coming up with a one of a kind name isn’t exactly my forte. However, Hootnan’s frequently found its way back onto the drawing board and after a while it felt incredibly fitting to name this boutique in remembrance of him, my Dad.
My goal is to provide strong quality pieces for the every day Mom. Whether it’s something casual to throw on for practices or school functions, brunch with the girls, or a hot date with your man… I want to offer practicality, realistic, comfortable items that will be a favorite staple piece in your wardrobe all without breaking the bank. I’m also a sucker for good jewelry simple AND bold so you’ll be seeing some of that as well.
